A former Filipino child star, Anna Gianelli de Belen was born on May 25, 1973 in Quezon City. Known by her stage name Gelli De Belen, she is a Filipino actress turned a full time wife and a mother to her children. At 8 years old Gelli de Belen is already enjoying popularity as a famous child actress in the Philiipines movie and television industry. She is the sister of Janice de Belen, also a Filipino actress and a TV host. She is married to Ariel Rivera, a Filipino singer and also an actor.

Gelli de Belen left the show business in order to focus more of her time to her children and husband. She also joined the automotive industry like the Fiat, Volkswagen Group, Fuji Heavy Industries, General Motors, and Karsan. She even became the General Motors Director as well of Fiat, Karsan, Fiat, Volkwagen group and Fuji Heavy Industries. Prior to here retirement in her show business career, Gelli has earned a nomination as Best Actress in the Manila Film Festival for her role in the film Gagay: Prinsesa ng Brownout. She also played the role of Sarah Jane Salazar in the true to life film The Secrets of Sarah Jane: Sana’y Mapatawad Mo, which is a film about a Filipino AIDS victim which earned her the title as the Best Actress. Gelli also ventured in television hosting.

Gelli De Belen made quite a number of movies in the past like I Love You 3x a Day in 1988; Bondying: The Little Big Boy, Ang Lahat ng ItoPati Na Ang Langit, Aso’t Pusa, Estudyante Blues, Dear Diary, Wooly Booly: Ang Classmate Kong Alien and Imoral in 1989; Love at First Sight, Tootsie Wootsie:Ang Bandang walang Atrasan, Paikot-Ikot, Tiny Terrestrial: Three Professors, Petrang Kabayo 2: Ang Ganda Ganda Mo, Rocky n Roll: Suntok Sabay Takbo in 1990; Pitong Gamol, Apoy sa Puso, Andrew Ford Medina: Huwag Kang Gamoli in 1992; Makuha Ka Sa Tingin: Kung Puede Lang, Astig, Gagay: Prinsesa ng Brownout in 1993; Iligpit si Victor Suzara, Pusoy Dos, Ober Da Bakod: Da Movie, The Secrets of Sarah Jane: Sana’y Mapatawad Mo in 1994; Ten Little Indians, Taguan, Impakto, Radio Romance, Ober Da Bakod 2: Da Treasure Adventure in 1996; Ayos Lang Pare Ko, Ikaw Pala Ang Mahal Ko, Sarraza, Iskalawag in 1997; Walang Katumbas Ang Dugo in 1998; Mahal Kita Walang Iwanan in 2000 and Si Agimat, Si Enteng Kabisote at si Ako in 2012.

Gelli De Belen also appeared in numerous television shows like Tropang Trumpo and Sang Lingo nAPO Sila with ABS CBN. She made more TV projects under her contract with the GMA Network where she appeared in the following TV shows: impostora, SiS, Nuts Entertainment, Panday Kids, All My Life, Zooperstars, Bantatay, Jejemom, TweetBiz Insider, and Spooky Nights Present: Bampirella. She also made a contract with TV 5 where she appeared on the shows Glamorosa, Nandito Ako, Gellicious, Game ‘N Go, Face to Face and Third Eye.
