Ces Quesada is a versatile Filipina actress that has so much talent and skill in portraying different roles assigned to her. Although she talks about being type cast in roles, she says she studies whatever character she is suppose to perform in any TV shows or movies. She is happily married and takes pride with her children and her place, where she get to unwind and spend special moments with her family. As an actress, she is considered a comedienne and she worked with almost all respected directors, actors and actresses. Ces had also joined “Eat Bulaga”, the longest running noontime show in GMA Network for a time and showed her hosting talent alongside Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon. Some years back, she had a chance to do an Indie film with Judy Ann Santos entitled “Ploning.”

In the 1980’s she starred in Sic O’ Clock News, a popular TV program which aired over the Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation, Channel 13. This was a comedy show that takes on the funnier side of the current issues about the Marcos and Aquino administration. She had Jaime Fabregas, Joji Isla, Rene Requiestas and a lot more on this show.
Ordinarily, Ces Quesada has been just a doting wife to documentary director and agriculturist Tito Quesada and a loving mother to Isabel, a candle maker in one of her business ventures, and a scriptwriter of the once blockbuster TV show “Richard Loves Lucy.” Ces Quesada aside from a very versatile actress is also a corporate host and a theater actress. Her fellow showbiz personalities know her sanctuary is her rustic hideaway in Paete, Laguna, a place where you can have meetings and brainstorm, hold special gatherings, or for friends who just want to get away from the busyness of work in the meantime. Colleagues who had visited Ces and Tito’s place can only say good words, because aside from the mountain hike experience, food is also served at its best.
Ces Quesada is still very much around, because the people she had worked with still believe in her talent. She can well relate and connect with her audience, and she is still widely accepted by Filipinos as a great character actress and a comedienne. She promises that as long as people want her, she’s here to stay and entertain to the best of her ability.
