Khalil Ramos is born as Khalil Joseph Nepomuceno Ramos on January 22, 1996 in Paranaque City, Philippines. He comes from a family of entrepreneurs with Lito Ramos as his father and Tessa Nemopuceno as his mother. He studied at the Colegio San Agustin in Makati. Khalil is an actor and a singer. He was trained by his father to become a singer since he was as young as 5 years old. He won third place in the Pilipinas Got Talent, a reality show aired in ABS CBN in July 2011. It was his ticket to stardom that made him sign a contract with the ABS CBN Star Magic as a recording artist. He later cast on television shows like Princess and I where he starred with young star actress Kathryn Bernardo together with Enrique Gil and Daniel Padilla.
Khalil Ramos stands 5”5 and loves to sing and dance. His inspirations are John Lennon, Michael Jackson, David Cook and Journey. He also draws inspiration in his singing style from Aerosmith, the Beatles and Queen. In order to further enhance his singing talent, Khalil enrolled in the UP Diliman School of Music and in the Juilliard School of Performing Arts. He also gained recognition in 2011 as Google Philippines’ Top 4 Newsmaker. His self titled album Khalil Ramos was launched in 2012 and he also sang the love songs from the Princess and I on the same year.He also made some appearances in ASAP, a musical variety show aired in ABS CBN and other television shows like Cofradia, Annaliza, Wansapanataym: Eye Naku and Princess and I.
