Beanca Marie Landero Binene was born on November 4, 1997 in Quezon City, Philippines and was given the screen name Bea Binene. She is a young Filipina actress, host, singer and dancer. Bea is a member of the Haribon Foundation and she was a Junior Child Ambassador. In the reality search for “Starstruck Kids,” she was considered one the finalists. She was immediately given a role as Natalie Dimaculangan on “First Time.” In the theater production “Annie,” she portrayed the role of Molly where she had participated workshops under Trumpets.
In the TV series “Reel Love Presents: Tween Hearts” she was playing the role of Belinda Fortes, a tough girl. In “Good News kasama si Vicky Morales” she is one of the regular hosts which airs every Sunday on GMA News. “Alice Bungisngis and the Wonder Walis” was her first lead role and starred opposite Jake Vargas, Derick Monasterio and Lexi Fernandez.
Last year, she celebrated her 15th birthday with some Cancer-stricken kids that GMA Kapuso is presently supporting. Bea came early to have fun, enjoy and share her blessings with the children, the less privileged ones. As young as she is, she displayed a pure heart, and knows that her celebrating with these kids would really mean a lot to them. It may be simple but it made the patients happy. Bea tried to entertain her “guests” played and eat with them. Surely, she had a meaningful 15th birthday.
Bea Binene has her own struggles in the showbiz industry, and amidst the controversies that she is experiencing, she still find time to smile and brush the worries away. She points out that that’s what showbiz industry is all about. Everybody passes that certain phase in their showbiz life, she says.
And she is just thankful for the blessings and support she had received from people around her. Good health and more blessings to come is all what she prayed on her birthday. Bea Binene was at the TV drama series “Cielo de Angelina” created by Annete Gozon-Abrogar. The concept of the story revolved around an orphaned girl named Angelina, whose life and love was given the focus.
Some critics say Bea has the potentials of becoming an action star because of her demonstrated skills in fighting scenes in the TV fantasy show “Captain Barbell.” Bea had learned Wushu, a kind of Chinese Martial art of which she is a champion. She was in fact busy training Wushu in preparation of a particular competition last May. If Bea will be given the right projects as an action star, she would surely excel because she has no competition in this field whatsoever.
Bea Binene had come a long way from her “StarStruck” Kids days. She grew to be a young lady with good values despite gaining popularity as a movie actress. Her dreams of being successful in her chosen career are what really make her do well in everything she does. She draws strength from God, her family and her loved ones.
