Her real name is Izabella Dayot Marquez who was born on May 10, 1992 and is a Filipina actress in Philippine media and entertainment. Zia is a Star Magic Talent under ABS-CBN and she is a daughter of Joey Marquez by former actress Brenda del Rio. Jowe Ann Marquez is her sister and her other half-siblings are Winwyn and Jeremy Marquez. She is the niece of former Miss International Melanie Marquez.
Zia’s acting career started over the TV show entitled “Ang TV 2” with Jowe Ann in the year 2000. She had also starred in “Maalaala Mo Kaya,” and “Pangako Sa Yo” also in ABS-CBN. Star Magic re-launched her as a member of Batch 3 in 2006. Although she has the zest of being a movie actress, she is also keen on following the footsteps of her Aunt Melanie as a model and beauty queen.
Zia’s half-sibling Wynwyn is almost the same as she does for being born on the same month and year only on a different date. But Zia did not take this seriously because Wynwyn is her closest sister as far as she is concerned. Wynwyn’s mother is actress Alma Moreno. Since Zia was a little girl, she had already learned and wanted to be in showbiz, and this was clearly displayed by being active in school activities such as production shows. Zia studied at Reedley International School when she was in high school. Although she is staying with her mom, she is allowed to visit her dad and even stayed overnight at his father’s house. Joey also gets to see her on weekends. Zia admits that they are all eleven children with different mothers.
Zia is busy with her studies and showbiz work, but she sees to it that her priorities can be met. She appeared in “Abt Ur Luv” and played the role of Giselle. She also starred in “Your Song,” as Empress Schuck’s friend. Zia is also into sports and plays soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton and almost all kinds of sports.
Zia at a very young age exuded a passion to be successful in her future unlike her others with her same age is just centered in strolling, malling and just enjoying. She dreams to be a successful movie actress and be famous here and abroad when the time comes. Zia is already ready to face challenges and intrigues about anything even about her parents and relatives. She understands that it is all a part of her career as an actress.
