Just recently, she was named as one of the 100 Sexiest Women In the World by FHM Philippines, where she ranked number 66. It was her good friend Marian Rivera who helped her decide the big shift in her career. Roxanne wants to go back in her singing career, because she says, she really started as a singer-composer anyway. And she loves singing more than acting, so she is giving it a second try.
She chose Roxee B, as her new screen name for her since it reflects the new her, classy, sexy and confident. Roxanne was not really able to pursue her career because she was not able to focus on it very well. She is just so busy with her acting, guest appearances and hosting jobs that she really had no time concentrating on being a singer.
Roxanne has a new song entitled “Wow!” of which she originally composed and wrote the lyrics and talks about the experiences she had learned from her life. It’s about moving on, about girl power and believing in yourself as a woman and trusting God to tell you what to do. Roxanne a.k.a. Roxee B. is an image of a real woman today, ready to face everything that comes her way with that power inside her. She believes everything has its own time as long as you wait patiently.
