This 5”5 Fil-Am actress is one of the beautiful faces of her time in show business. Donita Rose Villarama Cavett is born on November 5, 1974 in Utah, USA. She has a budding career as a Filipino actress, a host and she was a former MTV VJ. Her family moved in the Philippines when she was 5 years old. She has three siblings from her American father and a Filipino mother. She studied in De La Salle University and was famed as the Julia Robert counterpart of the Philippines.

Not only does Donita endowed with a beautiful face, she was also hailed as the Sexiest Woman in 2001 by a men’s magazine FHM. Since 2002 however, Donita stayed in Singapore with her husband Eric Villarama and they got married in June 2003. They have a son, Joshua Paul Villarama who was named from her two brothers. In the year 2007 they moved back to Manila and Donita started going back to her hosting career in Umagang Kay Ganda which is a top billing news and entertainment show of ABS CBN.

Donita Rose started her exposure in the show business when she joined the television show That’s Entertainment. She was then groomed to partner with Gary Estrada who was linked to her personally. She also appeared in Ober Da Bakod which was a comedy sitcom. She had her break to be a cast in a movie Katabi Ko’y Mamaw. The last movie that she made was in 2003 in the movie Lastikman. Other movies that she was a part of were 9 Mornings, Hesus, rebolusyunaryo, Bilangguang puso, Birador, Anak ni Boy Negro, Batas ko’y bala, Jacob, Cara y Cruz: Walang sinasanto!, Ang misis kong hoodlum, April Boys: Sana’y mahalin mo rin ako, P’re hanggang sa huli, The Lilian Velez Story: Till Death Do Us Part, Campus Girls, Ang pagbabalik ni Pedro Penduko, Ober da bakod: The Movie, Ang pagbabalik ni Pedro Penduko, Alabang Girls, Working Students, Alyas Hunyango, Mandurugas, Markang Bungo: The Bobby Ortega Story and Class of ’91. Apart from acting and hosting, Donita is also an endorser of products like Lux Super Rich Shampoo, Pepsi, Globe GenText and she was even the spokesperson of Fila.

Donita Rose became active with her television appearances such as in Showtime, Chef Boy Logro: Kusina Master, U-Turn, Umagang Kay Ganda, Talentadong Pinoy, Lastikman, Mobile Kusina, ASAP, Eat Bulaga, Ober Da Bakod, Manoy & Mokong,GMA telesine specials, Vilma on Seven, and Lunch Date.
