Alexander Xian Cruz Lim Uy known to many as Xian Lim is a Chinese Filipino actor, model and singer. He was born on July 12, 1989. He is one of the most admired young actors in Philippine showbiz. Before he decided to enter into showbiz Xian was a student at the University of The East taking up Management. He was also an active member of the school’s men’s basketball varsity. He first came out the limelight when he was part of the cast for the Television adaptation of the film Katorse. Xian is a contract artist under Star Magic. In the year 2010 Xian got a supporting role in the film Rubi where he played the character of Luis Navarro. He was also invited in several shows like being the judge in Showtime, a noon time show of ABS-CBN and a guest star in 100 Days to Heaven playing the character of Jojo Villanueva. In 2011 he got a big role as lead actors in My Binondo Girl with his colleague in the industry Kim Chiu. Xian appeared in films like My Cactus Heart and in a youth oriented movie The Reunion, Mamarazzi, and Two Funerals. He was also picked to be part of the primetime drama series in ABS-CBN Ina, Kapatid, Anak again with Kim Chiu he is rumored to be his girlfriend.
